DEMO REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM

As a member of the Demo Club you have access to Demo Rewards, the tiered loyalty program for all members of the Demo Club.

Demo Rewards loyalty program is our way of saying thank you, as a loyal member, by being able to turn your visits to the Club in to real rewards.

Best of all, entry into the Demo Rewards loyalty program is free with your Club membership. With so many great benefits, there has never been a better time to become a Demo Club member.

EARNING REWARDS POINTS

Demo Club members can earn Demo Reward points in a number of simple ways. Each point you earn goes towards helping you move up a Tier, where you can receive even more benefits under the program. Here's how you can earn Demo Reward Points.

Make sure you hand your membership card over to earn your Demo Reward points.

TIER MOVEMENT

At the beginning of each month, a review will occur of all members.
If you are eligible to move up into a new tier, you will be promoted on the first day of the month.
Every March and September, a review will take place of those members who have not earned enough points to stay in their current tier.
If you have not retained your current tier level, then you will be moved into a new tier on the first of March or September.

To find out what tier you belong to, simply swipe your membership card at the rewards kiosk or ask any of our staff members when you make a purchase in the Club.

CLAIM YOUR REWARDS

There are many ways Demo Club Members can Redeem or Spend their points.

• Spend your Reward Points at the Demo Club Bistro;

• Spend your Reward Points at the Bar;

• Renew your Club Membership;

• Redeem your Reward Points at the Members Kiosk. Swipe your card and check your points balance;

• Redeem vouchers at the Demo Club Redemption centre.

DEMO REWARD POINTS

One Demo Reward point is equal to one cent ( $0.01 ).

For example;

2000 points = $20.00
1050 points = $10.50
2000 points = $20.00 demo voucher
5000 points = $50.00 gift card

Spending your points will not drop you down in tier levels.
Tiers are determined by the points you earn not by the number of points you have.

EARNING BONUS POINTS

Bonus points do not count towards tiering levels, they are bonus points for you to enjoy.

Earn bonus visitation points when swiping at the member's reward kiosk!

Earn bonus and reward points for your birthday!

EXPIRATION OF BONUS POINTS

All member's bonus points will expire on the 30th June each year with the exception of Gold and Platinum members. If you are a Gold or Platinum member your points will not expire.

Spending your points before the 30th June is a great way to get the most out of your Demo Club Membership. One way to get more back is to use your bonus points to pay for your membership renewal each year.

OPTING OUT

If you do not wish to participate in the Demo Rewards loyalty program, please see a staff member at reception and they will arrange to remove your membership from the program. This will not effect your status as a member of the Demo Club.
